Phase 3 Action Plan (week 5 & 6)

Now that you have completed the theory part of phase 3 it is now time to take action for the week/s ahead.

Download your checklist to keep you on track while implementing the tasks for phase 3 – these tasks need to be followed for at least 1-3 weeks before moving on to Phase 4. If symptoms have significantly reduced by the end of the week you can move on to phase 4 ( as phase 4 is all about re-introducing the foods that have been eliminated). If symptoms have not reduced / resolved – you will continue to follow your chosen elimination food list and other tasks on the checklist until symptoms have predominantly resolved. 

Remember listen to your body, tune into what it needs.
